30-day hassle-free returns
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this window, we are unable to accept returns.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed — in their original condition
- With all original tags and labels still attached
- Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any other marks or stains
- In their original packaging where possible
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of use.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at contact@graceandpetal.com with your order number and the reason for your return
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Pack your item securely and send it to the address provided
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless you received a defective or incorrect item. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order on our website.
